I don't have fixed rates because every project is different. Here I answer the most frequent questions. If you have any further doubts, write to me without commitment.

Why are there no fixed prices?

The price of a project depends on many factors: complexity, estimated time, whether it's on-site or remote, if it includes subsequent support and what technologies are necessary. I prefer to give you an honest quote tailored to what you really need, instead of a generic price that doesn't fit. Always without commitment and with a quick response.

Do you work remotely or on-site?
add remove

Both. For on-site technical support, I travel across Tenerife (mainly South and Santa Cruz). For web development, apps, remote support, and infrastructure, I work from anywhere in the world without any problem. Often, resolving things remotely is more efficient.

How much does a website or app cost?
add remove

It depends on the scope of the project. A simple landing page doesn't cost the same as a web application with an admin panel, database, and AI integration. To give you a concrete figure, I need to know your needs.

What I can tell you: I work with budgets adapted to the reality of freelancers and SMEs. No inflated agency prices.

How quickly can you attend to an incident?
add remove

For remote support, I usually respond on the same day. For on-site support in Tenerife, I coordinate with you to travel as soon as possible. If you have recurring urgent response needs, we can agree on a specific service level in the quote.

Do you work with individuals, freelancers, or only companies?
add remove

With everyone. Whether you are an individual needing a laptop repair or a personal website, a freelancer wanting to digitize your business, or a company needing IT support or a home automation project. I adapt to the size and the need.

Do you have experience in my sector?
add remove

I have experience in industrial environments (16 years in critical infrastructure), education (TesIA.es), electronics, consumer technology, and residential home automation. If your sector is different, tell me the context: my generalist technical experience allows me to quickly adapt to any field.

Can I see examples of your work?
add remove

The most representative project is TesIA.es — a complete web platform that I designed and built, currently in production. You can visit it directly to see the result.

For code, my GitHub is available at github.com/ececs.

How does the monthly maintenance plan work?
add remove

The monthly maintenance plan covers continuous care for your web or app: security updates, verified backups, uptime monitoring, minor bug fixes, and small content or visual adjustments.

Each plan has a set number of monthly intervention hours agreed upon. Large changes (new features, redesigns) are outside the plan and quoted separately. The contract is monthly with no commitment.

There are modalities for static webs, webs with backend or CMS, and more complex web apps. Contact me so I can indicate what fits best in your case.

Do you offer maintenance or support after delivering the project?
add remove

Yes. Post-delivery maintenance can be agreed upon as an additional service: updates, bug fixes, improvements, or continuous technical support. We define it in the quote according to your needs.
