The real problem: posting on social media is a full-time job
Managing social media effectively for a business isn't just about uploading a photo every now and then. It involves regular posting, adapting content for each platform, writing engaging texts, using the right hashtags, keeping the Google profile updated, and doing it all with consistency week after week.
For most local businesses — restaurants, shops, clinics, hotels, contractors — that equates to 5 to 10 hours a week that simply aren't in the schedule. The common result: sporadic posts, months of inactivity, and the constant feeling that "something needs to be done with social media" that never actually happens.
What I'm going to explain here is how to solve exactly that problem with an automatic system I've already implemented in several businesses, including the TesIA.es platform, and that I'm now offering as a service for local businesses in Granadilla de Abona and the south of Tenerife.
Why these 3 networks and not others
There are dozens of social platforms, but for a local business in Spain, three concentrate 80% of the real impact on revenue:
📘 Facebook — family reach and loyalty
It remains the network with the largest active user base in the adult segment in the Canaries. Ideal for reaching regular customers, local events, and community promotions. The tone that works here is friendly and conversational.
📸 Instagram — visual attraction of new customers
Your business's visual storefront. Users who don't know you discover you here. Local hashtags (#GranadilladeAbona, #SurdeTenerife, #TenerifeBusiness) amplify organic reach at no cost. The tone is more aspirational and visual.
🗺️ Google Business Profile — direct physical customers
This is the one almost no one automates and the one that earns most money for local businesses. When someone searches for "restaurant near me" or "X shop in Granadilla," Google shows the businesses with the most active profiles and most recent photos. Regularly posting updates on your Google Maps profile directly improves your position in those local searches.
The key difference of Google Business: it's not a social network in the traditional sense, but it has the highest ROI for a physical business. A restaurant with updated photos on Google Maps converts visits into real diners much better than any other platform.
How the system works
The entire flow from taking the photo to appearing published on the three platforms takes less than 3 minutes and requires no action on your part beyond sending the image:
The orchestration tool: n8n on our own server
The brain of the system is n8n, an open-source workflow automation platform running on my own server. This has concrete advantages over generic SaaS solutions:
- No execution cost: you don't pay €0.01 for each post like with Zapier or Make on advanced plans. The server covers all executions you need.
- Total flow control: every step of the workflow is customizable. If your business has particularities (language, specific tone, different content categories), it's configured exactly that way.
- No intermediaries: the flows are yours. If at any point you decide to change providers, I'll hand over the complete configuration.
- Proven stability: the same server manages flows for TesIA.es and other production projects uninterruptedly.
For what type of business does it make most sense?
The system fits especially well when these conditions are met: you have frequent visual content (products, dishes, services, spaces), you don't have the time or team to manage social media consistently, and a local presence on Google Maps is important for your business.
- Restaurants, bars and cafes: daily specials, dishes of the week, special events — posting every day becomes trivial.
- Shops and stores: new products, seasonal offers, inventory arrivals — your visual catalog is always updated.
- Clinics, spas and beauty centers: treatments, promotions, before and after (with consent) — content that generates trust and attraction.
- Hotels and tourist accommodation: rooms, views, local activities — aspirational content that converts directly into bookings.
- Contractors and builders: completed jobs, ongoing projects — the visual portfolio that demonstrates quality without needing words.
Launch offer — Digital Trident Pack
For the launch of this service in Granadilla de Abona and the south of Tenerife, I've prepared an offer with an entry price that allows you to see the value of the system without a high investment commitment.
Facebook + Instagram + Google Business Profile — 3 networks, 1 system, automatic posting with AI.
| Concept | Price |
|---|---|
| Initial setup (structure + workflows for the 3 networks) | 150 € |
| 1st month of service | FREE |
| Monthly maintenance (months 2 to 12) | 60 €/month |
| Monthly maintenance (year 2 onwards) | 100 €/month |
The unique €150 setup fee covers architecture design, n8n workflow configuration, integration with the 3 platform APIs, and system training with your business information. The first month is included so you can see the system working before committing to the monthly fee.
What does monthly maintenance include?
- System monitoring and issue resolution (API outages, platform changes)
- IA model updates when improved versions are released
- Tone and style adjustments based on your feedback after seeing the posts
- Up to 2 configuration changes per month (adding a temporary promotion, changing posting schedule, etc.)
- Direct support via WhatsApp for any questions about the system
Network customization option
The standard pack includes Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business because they are the three networks with the highest return for local businesses in Tenerife. If your business has a specific audience on X (Twitter) or you prefer Threads instead of one of them, it can be changed during setup at no additional cost.
Why Google Business and not TikTok? TikTok requires video, which is a format with higher production cost and that many local businesses can't feed constantly. Google Business with photos works from day one with exactly the same effort as Instagram, and the impact on local searches is immediate and measurable.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have accounts on all three networks before starting?
Yes, you need to have the accounts created. If you don't have any, I'll help you set it up during the setup at no additional cost.
Can I review what it publishes before it goes out?
By default, the system posts automatically, but if you prefer a flow with prior approval (you receive the draft, approve it, and then it posts), it's configured that way during setup.
What if I don't like the text the AI generates?
The first month is for exactly those adjustments. The more feedback you give in those first weeks, the more refined the system stays for the rest of the year.
Can I add a fourth network later?
Yes. Each additional network has a setup cost of €50 plus an additional €20/month in the maintenance fee.
